A plan and a company that fit together.

Your market, funding and ownership plans inform the legal structure. Found in Germany brings these decisions together in one coordinated package offered by wolves law – Business Law Firm.

Who is the package for?

International founders

You have a business idea for Germany and want to develop the commercial plan and company structure together.

Businesses expanding into Germany

Founders with a plan in progress

You have drafts, figures or partners in place and need to turn them into a coherent plan for formation.

Commercial planning. Legal responsibility. One coordinated start.

wolves law is the provider and your point of contact for the package. Company-law advice and the agreed formation work are part of the mandate. Notaries, tax advisers and other specialists retain responsibility for their own work.

OPTIONAL RESIDENCE STRATEGY

A business plan can support a residence case. It cannot guarantee one.

For suitable founders, the commercial and legal workstream can be coordinated with a potential self-employment residence strategy.

The assessment depends on the individual case, including economic interest or regional need, expected economic effects, financing and the applicant’s personal circumstances.

NO VISA PROMISESEvery residence mandate is separately assessed and engaged. Authorities retain full decision-making responsibility.

The package & your project

What is Found in Germany?

Found in Germany is an offering of wolves law – Business Law Firm. Its core package combines a Germany-focused business plan with company formation. Commercial planning and the agreed company-law work are coordinated so that your business model, ownership arrangements and next steps fit together.

What is included in the package?

The package brings together your business model and German target market, a business plan with executive summary, financial planning and an implementation roadmap. The formation work covers the agreed legal structure, articles and formation documents, and coordination of notarial and registration steps. The appropriate legal form and precise deliverables are set out in your written engagement.

Who is the package designed for?

It is aimed at international founders with a concrete Germany project and businesses abroad considering a German company. You may still be developing your idea or already have partners, figures and draft documents. The first discussion establishes whether the package is suitable and what your project needs.

Can I use an existing business plan or company documents?

Yes. Existing plans, forecasts, ownership proposals and company documents can be a starting point. We assess which parts can be used and what needs updating or further development for your project. The required work is agreed before engagement; existing documents do not automatically change the fee or scope.

Scope, fees & responsibilities

What is not included?

Notary, register, authority, translation, banking, tax-advisory and other third-party costs are excluded unless expressly included in writing. Ongoing bookkeeping, an address service and visa or residence procedures are not automatically part of the package. Market entry and sales support are separate services. You provide any required company capital and operating funds.

How are the fees agreed?

After we understand your project, you receive a written proposal setting out the scope, our fee and any applicable VAT. External costs and any separately commissioned services are distinguished from our work. You can assess the proposed engagement before deciding to proceed.

Who provides the legal advice and handles the formation?

The provider of the package is wolves law. Company-law advice and the agreed formation work are carried out within the mandate. Notarial acts and register filings that must be handled by a notary remain the notary’s responsibility; registration decisions remain with the competent register. Tax advisers and other specialists work within their own professional responsibility.

Are a bank account, funding or a residence permit guaranteed?

No. Banks, funders and authorities make their own decisions. Establishing a company does not itself grant a right to reside or work in Germany. Any support with a banking, funding or residence process requires a separately defined scope where it is not expressly included in your engagement.

Preparation & next steps

Can I start from abroad, and will I need to travel?

The initial discussion and much of the planning can take place remotely. Whether you need to attend appointments depends on the legal form, identification requirements, notarial procedure and banking process. Available online procedures or representation by an authorised person are assessed for your case; a fully remote formation is not promised.

How long does the process take?

Timing depends on the state of your planning, complete information, ownership arrangements and the documents required. Notarial appointments, banks, registers and other institutions also affect the timetable. We agree a realistic sequence for your project and explain dependencies instead of promising a universal completion date.

What should I prepare for the first contact?

A short description of your business idea, the people or companies involved, your intended German activity and your timetable is enough to begin. Tell us whether you already have a plan, financial forecasts or company documents. We will request identification and further documents through an agreed channel when needed; please do not send passports or bank records with an unsolicited first enquiry.

Which languages are available, and how do I get started?

The website is available in English, German, Turkish, Arabic, Persian and Spanish. Tell us your preferred language when you contact us; we confirm the language of advice and documents, and any interpreting or translation needs, for your engagement. Use “Discuss your project” to describe your plans. Sending an enquiry does not itself create a mandate.
